Our quoted fees cover all of the work required to complete your property transaction.
For the purchase of your new home our retainer will include investigating title, raising pre contract enquiries, arranging for the production of necessary search reports, complying with mortgage instructions, exchanging contracts, completing, preparing and filing a stamp duty land tax return, payment of Stamp Duty Land Tax and registering your transaction with the Land Registry. Please note that we also offer a deeds storage facility and we would be pleased to discuss your requirements in this regard.
For the sale of your existing property our quoted fee will likewise include all of the work required from production of the contract pack to ultimate release of keys to your buyer and repayment of any existing mortgage.
